Alec is a project coordinator in the Attachment & Biobehavioral Catch-Up Lab at the University of Delaware. He graduated magna cum laude from Trinity University, San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. As an undergraduate, he worked in Dr. William Ellison’s Personality, Diagnosis, and Psychotherapy Research Lab on multiple studies involving ecological momentary assessment, positive & negative affect, and self-concept clarity. Alec is interested in how experiences of early life adversity influence the development of psychopathology, quantitative models of psychopathology, and depression and anxiety disorders more broadly.
