ANDREA MINOR

Andrea Minor, MPA, is the Director of Implementation Fidelity and Equity. Andrea oversees the training and supervision of ABC’s large team of fidelity supervisors, is an expert trainer and clinical supervisor and also leads the equity initiatives on the ABC Dissemination team. Andrea comes to the team with a background in various educational and social service settings. Andrea is certified in both the ABC Infant and Toddler models and was a full-time ABC Parent Coach in New York City before joining the team. Andrea received a Masters of Public Administration with a specialization in Policy from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Andrea enjoys partnering with families and is excited to build relationships, talk about child development research, and continue learning from the many ABC communities around the world.
Research and clinical interests include: child welfare policy and programming, evidence-based programming, and how to best collaborate with clinicians and families.
