Yani De La Rosa began her work with the Attachment & Biobehavioral Catch-Up model in New York as a full-time infant parent coach in 2019. Since then she’s been certified as a bilingual infant and toddler parent coach. Yani became a member of the ABC implementation team as a project coordinator and fidelity supervisor for both English and Spanish speaking coaches in June 2021. She is currently serves as the HR coordinator and a Manager of Fidelity Supervision for ABC. She is an alumni of The College of New Rochelle, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology with a focus on childhood development. Yani is dedicated to empowering positive development in youth by strengthening parent-child relationships.
